Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we do. You can find all of our shipping information here.
Can I amend my order?
We aim to dispatch all orders within 3 days of purchasing, so if you have a direct query or would like to edit an order, please try to get in touch as soon as possible via email@example.com.
Do you have gifting options?
Yes! If you would like to add a gift message or conceal the price of an item, just let us know! Our direct email is firstname.lastname@example.org.
Do you accept returns?
Yes. If you would like to return an item, please contact us and we will email you the address to send it back to. We cannot cover the price of shipping an item(s) back to us (unless it arrived damanged or faulty). Please see our returns policy for more information.
Will you be restocking items?
All items are exclusive but we aim to restock popular items as soon as we can. If you have a specific item query, please get in touch!
Where can I keep up to date?
Will I be charged customs?
From January 1, 2021, goods outside the UK with a value up to (and including) £135 that have been sold directly to customers in Great Britain (England, Scotland and Wales) will have VAT charged by the seller at the point of sale. This means a 20 per cent VAT charge will be collected.
Goods outside the UK and EU sold directly to customers in Northern Ireland and with a value up to and including £135 will also have VAT charged.
If the value of a package is over £135, normal VAT and customs rules will apply in Great Britain if the goods came from outside the UK - and in Northern Ireland if the items were from outside the UK and EU. Customs charges vary but can be as much as an extra 25 per cent of the value of the package.
